- Juggling Progression — U8-U19, 8 min. Every player with a ball, spread out.
- Toss and Trap — U8-U14, 10 min. Pairs 5 yd apart, one ball per pair.
- Receive and Turn — U10-U16, 12 min. Server 10 yd behind, receiver in a 5x5 yd box, target player 15 yd ahead.
