Juggling Progression

Juggling Progression is a first touch drill for U8-U19 youth soccer players that runs approximately 8 minutes and needs one ball per player.

Setup

Every player with a ball, spread out.

How to run it

Start with catch-touch-catch, then two touches and catch, then continuous juggling. Track personal best.

  • Soft contact under the ball
  • Alternate feet
