Ball Tag
Ball Tag is a warm up drill for U6-U12 youth soccer players that runs approximately 8 minutes and needs half as many balls as players.
Setup
20x20 yd grid, half the players have balls, half don't.
How to run it
Ball carriers try to tag no-ball players by passing the ball into their feet. Tagged players get a ball and become taggers.
