Cool Down and Stretch

Cool Down and Stretch is a fitness drill for U6-U19 youth soccer players that runs approximately 5 minutes and needs none.

Setup

Any open space.

How to run it

Walking laps for 2 minutes, then static stretches for hamstrings, quads, calves, hip flexors. Hold each 20 seconds.
